You control the economic development of the branch and implement ambitious growth strategies Your interdisciplinary team guides you with motivation and actively supports it in professional and personal development You create long-term customer relationships, identify market potentials and develop new business areas You use digitization as a drive, optimierst processes, drive the digital transformation forward and thereby increase efficiency and quality With your strategic vision, you position the branch as an innovative and reliable partner in the area of distribution networks and earth-shifted pipeline construction

Graduate degree (Diplom / Bachelor / Master) in the field of engineering / economic engineering / business management / electrical engineering, alternatively completed commercial or technical training with further education to the specialist m/w/d Multiannual professional and leadership experience in the energy industry, distribution networks or in infrastructure projects with proven success in growth and P&L management Funded operational experience in the management of projects, ideally in groundwater pipeline construction or in electrical engineering Affinity for digitalisation and innovation, combined with the ability to actively shape changes Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic vision and hands-on mentality with strong customer orientation Economic sense of responsibility, communication strength and resilience
