Branch: Nursing, emergency medical ... Branch: Nursing, emergency medical services and obstetrics

Student Assistant (SHK) (gn*) Translational Psychiatry Limited to 6 months | Part-time with 5 to 8 hours per week | Research area Translational Psychiatry | We're the UKM. We have a clear societal mission and a special social responsibility with the connection of healthcare, research and teaching. At the Translational Psychiatry Research Unit of the University Hospital of Münster, we investigate the neurobiological foundations of psychiatric diseases with a focus on depression and collect multimodal data before and after therapy, for example by MRI recordings of the brain, psychological diagnosis, neuropsychological testing and molecular parameters.

The enrolled body is located in the Institute’s “Psychological Processes and Targeted Clinical Interventions” (TARGET) and in a project of the TRR393 “Trajectories affective diseases”. In the TARGET laboratory we explicitly investigate neuro-bio-behavioral mechanisms and influencing factors on the success of therapy in emotional disorders. We carry out experimental intervention studies. In our studies we collect behavioral, psychophysiological, neuronal and endocrine data to investigate relevant mechanisms at different levels. The focus is on cooperation in the subproject “Characterizing emotion-regulation dynamics based on ecological-momentary-assessment data, clinical data, and fMRI data – An exploratory network approach”. The aim of the project is to construct a dynamic, symptom and process-based network of central emotional regulation characteristics using Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA) data, self-report data and neurobiological data.

Together we want to successfully start the future – best with you! !
