Your focus is on the analysis of strategic business objectives in IT-sourcing. Your fields of application are: You develop IT strategies and IT-sourcing strategies and launch concrete action plans You are responsible for defining, implementing and optimizing IT-Sourcing activities in infrastructure, software, operation and cloud computing You carry out market probes and benchmarking Business Cases for Strategic Sourcing Projects You define performance catalogs and service level apartments.
