Practice-integrated training (PIA) as an educator (m/f/d)

How is the practice-integrated training and how long does it take? This training takes three years and periods of schooling and practice change regularly. The following institutions and age groups are eligible as practical facilities: The children's daycare facility at the age of 1 to 6 years, the Hort Leopoldshafen and the Hort Lindenschule. Practical training takes place in full-time (39 hours), we provide an annual holiday of 30 days.

What qualifications do I have to offer for training? The professional qualification, the professional or general qualification of higher education or the school part of the professional qualification of a vocational secondary school in the field of social education or social science, and a practical activity of at least six weeks suitable for preparation for subsequent vocational training; or the degree of real education, the professional qualification or an equivalent level of education and the successful completion of the vocational college for interns or a comparable pre-training of another federal state; or A vocational qualification as a social assistant or equivalent in terms of training at the vocational school for social education. Private registration at a specialized school (written commitment by the specialized school for a training place) and self-responsibility for theoretical training German language level at least level B2
