You take responsibility for maintenance and repair work on machinery and equipment and ensure their smooth operation. In case of malfunctions, you will recognize the cause at an early stage and ensure that our machines and systems run reliably. Together with the instructors, you will support our interns and trainees to mechatronics and electronicsmen and accompany them through their training to exam preparation. You actively contribute your ideas to the further development of the training, implement strategic projects in cooperation with the specialist departments and thus significantly contribute to the training of the next generation. You will also take care of the care and development of educational partnerships and school cooperations and convince potential new colleagues at training fairs and in interviews.

You have completed a training as a mechatronic or electrical technician, collected several years of practical experience, completed AEVO training examination and already assumed first responsibility as a training coordinator. Ideally, you have experience in robotics and automation and also Microsoft Office is not a new country for you. With enthusiasm for working with young people, you want to help shape the training of our young talents with fresh ideas, tools and methods. You draw on a string with your team in a structured, reliable and goal-oriented manner and thus implement your ideas independently.
