A special focus is still on the placement of forestry machinery insurance and the protection of central liability risks in the forest. As a full-time business consultant (m/w/d) in the business sector, you accompany companies in contractual matters, offers and damage cases – reliably, structured and with real understanding of operational practice. You take care of our industrial customers in the indoor service with a focus on demanding industrial risks and are the central contact person for contract matters as well as for coordination with customers, insurers and the field service In doing so, you will check technical issues, evaluate risks and actively develop suitable solutions with The creation of offers as well as the preparation of decision-making proposals is also your responsibility You process damages from the first message to regulation and make sure that complex situations become clear, reliable processes

You have a training as a merchant (m/w/d) for insurance or a comparable qualification, e.g. as an insurance specialist/woman Your well-founded experience in supporting business customers and a good understanding of risks, contracts and damage processes The optimal care of our customers You work very structured and solution-oriented and convince by your binding and safe occurrence in dealing with customers and insurers Also in complex cases, you stay friendly, clear and helpful as a contact person You are interested in industrial sectors such as forestry and timber industry and medium-sized enterprises Very good knowledge of German in word and writing round Your profile - good English skills are advantageous
