Location: Cologne-Südstadt (at Volksgarten), partially possible after incorporation Working time: 30-40 hours/week | Mo–Fr | Core working time: 8–16 hours (flexible after incorporation) Initial salary: from 3,300 € gross (full time) + paid overtime, as well as numerous employee benefits

You have a good feeling for processes, systems and communication – and you know how to make brands digitally visible? Then bring your know-how to us and actively shape our e-commerce and the technical base.

In this role you combine technical understanding with creative marketing input – supporting our team, our shops and our systems.

Your tasks in e-commerce:

• Project: Creation of three webshops and four WordPress websites
• Care & development of our webshops (in cooperation with agencies)
• Content Management & Newsletter Marketing
• Campaign control via Google Ads, Meta & Co.
• Creation of marketing materials (e.g. via Canva)
• Support for video and image processing
• Care & development of our social media channels

Your tasks in EDV & Digitization:

• Project: Accompanying the introduction of a new ERP/CRM system
• Support & optimization of ERP/CRM systems
• Support for integration of automation & AI tools
• MS 365 administration & general IT support in the team
• Care of online corporate profiles (Google, platforms etc.)
• Cooperation with external service providers & agencies

What you should bring:**

• Experience in e-commerce, online marketing or system support (planned is WooCommerce and WordPress)
• Good to very good knowledge in MS 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerAutomate, OneDrive etc.), Canva, if necessary CRM/ERP systems (planned WeClapp)
• Technical understanding & interest in process automation
• Creativity in Content Design & Fun in Communication
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented operation
• Secure German in Word & Writing

A formal education is not a must – your skills count.
