Self-operating the production line for re-closable can lids at the production site in Bremen performing troubleshooting, cleaning, lubrication and maintenance work Implementation of necessary repairs after coordination with production technicians Ensure plant performance in production as well as continuous observation of statistical analysis data (GAE / OEE) Creation of production and shift reports with transfer to production line or Production technicians Employee training within the layer Coordination with quality assurance and correct fault elimination Responsibility for production within the shift Transfer of the shift characteristics and production quantity

Completed technical training e.g. as mechatronics or machine locks Experience in the production or Plant control Experience in handling measuring instruments (microscope, sliders, teachings) Basic knowledge in the reading and understanding of technical drawings, test plans and process sequences High level of commitment, systematic and careful operation computer knowledge, in particular in the handling of test software, virtual machine surfaces, camera and laser systems Team skills, communication strength Ready for a regulated 3 layer system (breakfast 06:00-14:00, late 14:00-22:00, night shift, 22:00-06:00) with a monthly set plan. You get attractive layer supplements and planable free days. Very good German knowledge in word and writing for documentation of workflows and production data.
