Cards, credits, payment – and you in the middle? With us you actively shape the strategic development of a central business unit of the Berliner Sparkasse. Whether analysis, project work or forum presentations: You work closely with the field management and bring your strengths where they show effect. Keep thinking strategy: you analyze trends and develop our map topics strategically – always looking at the market, customers and future. Promoting decisions: You set up presentations and decision-making documents for bodies such as the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board – clearly, convincingly and on the spot. Projects: You are working on strategic projects to successfully implement sector-wide projects. Developing business model: You develop our business model and control instruments – analytical, creative and predictive. Bringing strategy into practice: You support realising strategic targets and business policy decisions. Optimize processes: You have an eye for improvements and develop our internal processes – efficient, pragmatic and sustainable.

Economics studies or a comparable qualification – e.g. as a bank/sparkassenbetriebswirt:in – complete your profile. You know in the payment and especially in the credit card business. Complex topics are structured and keep an overview even in challenging situations. You communicate clearly, you like to work in the team and appreciate an open exchange. Changes are active and you like to develop. You also bring good knowledge of English in word and writing.
