Configuration Manager (m/f/d)

Establishing the CM handles, methods and processes by consulting, training and support for all product groups Introduction, operation and documentation of a product-specific release management and management of the associated Configuration & Change‐Control Board Creation and continuous updating of the strategic CM plan with product-specific content Identification and Construction of Product-specific Configuration-Item-Structure in Coordination with Development and Product Management Creating baselines to milestones and audits taking into account the strategic requirements Monitoring, steering and regular reporting on the status of product configuration data and the construction state of the products using CM‐status and Delta reports Timely and content-related coordination of change management with internal stakeholders:inside, customers:inside for all uses

Completed vocational training and/or studies; technical training or Advantage of engineering studies Multiannual experience with change processes of any kind, the establishment of structures or activity as a change leader Technical understanding, structured functioning and knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 10007, ISO 9001) Experience in project and team work, process orientation and safe handling of MS Office Impressed communication skills, positive appearance, openness, conscientious working German and English knowledge in word and writing
