IT Expert for Visual Communication (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. IT-Expert for Visual Communication (m/w/d) from now on and in full time in Bonn or Munich. In the People & Knowledge Management department, we are responsible for the uniform implementation of a standardized knowledge and document management as the basis for efficient, cross-departmental cooperation in Shared Service Operations (SSO). We also promote joint communication and culture of cooperation in SSO. We support employees and executives along the personal lifecycle and support their professional development in accordance with BWI requirements.

Live visualization (Graphic Recording) in presence and online workshops Visual, methodological-didactic preparation of workshop contents for different target groups Designing layouts, graphics and templates for SSO-internal communication formats such as presentations, Intranet contributions, newsletters, learning paths, etc. Advising and supporting colleagues in the visual and content processing of their topics Cross-disciplinary coordination of appointments and voting Support in the further development of existing communication formats Cooperation with internal communication strategies and measures in coordination with various disciplines

Completed training (min. 3 years) or studies in graphic design, communication design, etc. At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the field of graphic/communication Safe handling of popular design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Conceptboard, Procreate) Experience in live drawing at workshops, lectures and discussions Embossed visual representation competence (e.g. in symbol language, icons, structure, spatial division) Ability to quickly capture and visually implement core messages Quick conception, creative thinking, visual storytelling and interest in IT topics Structured, independent and analytical procedures High readiness (approx. 60%)
