Your IMPACT Leadership and further development of the service team in building automation Ensuring efficient and high-quality implementation of service and modernization projects Technical support of the team during commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting Customer support, including request analysis and provision of technical solutions Resource and deployment planning for optimal team utilization Escalation management as well as analysis and minimisation of malfunction times Coordination with sales, field service and project teams to ensure an excellent customer experience

Your profile Complete technical training or studies in the field of electrical engineering, building automation, refrigeration/air conditioning or plant engineering. Experience in commissioning, system integration or maintenance of building automation systems First leadership or coaching experience in the technical environment of advantage – or the clear desire to take the next step into a leading role. High customer orientation and strong understanding for service processes Safe handling of project management methods as well as business performance indicators Structured working, enforcement and hands-on mentality Very good German and good English skills
