Project and Process Manager – Focus on Digitalization (m/f/d)

In this function, you play a central role in coordinating and developing cross-disciplinary processes within the company and (in the context of providing services) in cooperation with other urban societies. You analyse existing processes, identify optimization potentials and derive targeted measures to increase efficiency and transparency. A central part of your activity is the design and introduction of new digital systems, including AI integration and connections to existing applications. You act as a coordinating interface between external service providers, internal key users and IT. A focus of your activity is the introduction of a document management system including seamless integration into existing workflows. In the subsequent control mode, you assume the role of the key user. In addition, you are responsible for the structured documentation and continuous development of processes. In addition, you will independently take over projects in the Facility Management department and manage their implementation. You design and organize training for employees and support the areas of expertise in safely and efficiently applying new systems and processes.

Ideally, you have completed studies in the field of economics or a comparable subject for this position. In addition, you will bring relevant professional, process and project experience, preferably in the areas of organisational development, digitalization or process management. You are characterized by a pronounced understanding of processes and a high affinity for digital solutions. A structured, practical way of working with hands-on mentality is one of your strengths as well as your communication skills in exchange with different disciplines.
