Application: QM/QS Location: Weißenfels Job-ID: 19705 Total responsibility for specification (RHB & finished products) and the preparation and approval of all relevant specifications and specifications Ensuring food compliance of all products and declarations, including testing and release of packaging according to current law central point of contact for internal and external food-related questions and concerns (including new product introductions/material authorisations) Coordination and implementation of enquiry and complaint management (customers, authorities) incl. Assessment, evaluation and reporting Introduction, leadership and development of employees and organisation and evaluation of consumer tastings Care of customer portals, implementation of RHB approval (incl. supplier communication) and participation in projects

completed studies of beverage technology, food technology, food chemistry, oecotrophology or comparable qualification Professional experience in the described area Knowledge of German and European food law, in particular legislation on food labelling IT understanding and affinity for IT applications very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Communication strength, safe occurrence and marked service orientation high self-initiative and self-organisation
