Senior Product Manager/in R&D (m/f/d)

You assume the overall responsibility for demanding development projects in machine and plant engineering – from the first idea to the successful implementation. You combine technical excellence with economic thinking and lead interdisciplinary teams to project success. Performance and control of complex development projects (possibly as part of large projects) initiation and monitoring of technical feasibility tests (hard and software interfaces) Assessment of components with regard to reusability and market use Planning resources, budgets, milestones and schedules Risk and cost assessment as well as project controlling Control of external partners and suppliers Ensuring quality, timeliness and economy Professional leadership of the project team

Complete study in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable – alternatively an equivalent qualification with well-founded practical experience Multiannual experience in managing development projects in machine or plant engineering Good knowledge of design, technical interfaces and ideally in the environment of automation or embedded systems Experience in budget planning and project controlling Structured working, decision-making and team leadership skills Very good knowledge of German and English
