• Individual and valuable care: They accompany our older patients with sensitivity, respect and professional competence in everyday life.
• All-round care in the team: Together with colleagues, you take over the entire range of activities of stationary care in the geriatric area.
• Responsive priority tasks: After a structured incorporation, you take over special tasks which are individually coordinated with you.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: They work closely with therapeutic and medical teams to ensure the best possible care.
• With design and further development: They actively contribute their own ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of care processes in the sense of our Christian values.
