Are you looking for a sense-making activity and have fun in house-technical work inside and outside buildings? Then you will be part of our dedicated team.

Your task area essentially includes:

• Supporting a primary school and other urban and rented properties
• Support at school events
• Perception of traffic control obligations (in particular winter service) and ensuring general order
• Monitoring and ensuring proper cleaning and other services
• Acquisition of small maintenance and repair work and implementation of green care work
• Closing service and control procedures
• Turnusual readiness also on weekends and holidays
• Special tasks after assignment by the competent administration

Changes to the task are expressly reserved.

As a ** employee, you have:

• A completed craft training in the field of construction / building construction
• Multiannual professional experience desirable
• Very good craftsmanship skills
• Team and Conflictability, Ready-to-use, Enforcement and Reliability
• independent and flexible work
• willingness to service outside regular working hours
• Problem-solving competence and high level of training
• Secure handling of standard software (MS Office)
• German language skills B2
• driving licence B (former class 3) and the willingness to use the private vehicle against compensation for service purposes
