In this setting, you coordinate your team, shape the team meetings and are contact persons:in the interests of your colleague. As a team manager, you are responsible for the support, control and planning of your team in the respective locations. Whether incorporating, hospitation, feedback talks or documentation – you have a critical look when it comes to quality and motivates people to develop professionally and personally. In the coordination of clients: in-house support and in the planning of holidays, you pay attention to fairness and individual wishes. When adapting the assistance needs, you will have the goals and measures in mind. You will accompany assessments and case reviews. With the responsible control by key figures, you contribute to the economic viability of the company. If it should be difficult for you, you will find sustainable solutions in a joint exchange in the team and with the department management.

The goodness of your team is just as important to you as the client: inside. With a completed study in Social Work, (Heil-)Pädagogik or Social Education, you are well positioned for this purpose. Professionally, you are familiar with the accompaniment of people with various impairments and brings practical experiences from the integration or Individual aid. You could also already experience yourself as a leadership and work in an appreciation and goal-oriented manner. You prefer a varied everyday life and call yourself an organizational talent. Empathy and enforcement as well as an independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working are of course for you. You have a strong consulting and conversation management competence in German. You already have knowledge of integration aid and SGB IX.
