Advice, implementation and support of DATEV software solutions as well as independent support and continuous optimization of the associated firm and client processes. Training and ongoing support for users:in dealing with DATEV programs and their interfaces. Active participation in digitalization projects and the optimization of existing IT processes. Close cooperation with the specialist departments to develop efficient processes and to solve technical challenges.

Complete vocational training or studies in the IT or BWL sector – alternatively a comparable qualification – with a pronounced interest in the respective other field. Extensive experience in the application and support of DATEV solutions, ideally in a tax consulting or audit office. Very good understanding for firm and client processes as well as their digital imaging. Designed communication and consulting skills in handling internal and external clients. Self-contained, structured operation and a high level of service orientation. Joy in actively shaping innovative processes and implementing digital projects.
