We are looking for: Junior Shopping Assistant (m/w/d) Non-Food & Garden Location: 49143 Bissendorf Working time: Full time (39.25 hours/week)

Support of purchasers in the operational day-to-day business in the non-food and garden sectors Own creation, processing and processing of orders taking into account internal release processes Support for offer requests, offer reviews and assortment support Independent processing of goods orders including order processing and import processing within Europe Testing of patterns and articles as well as direct handling of commercial goods Preparation of sales analyses, evaluations, price and competition comparisons and negotiation documents Monitoring the availability of goods and deriving appropriate recommendations for action Communication and correspondence with national and international suppliers Support for general administrative and organisational activities in the purchasing sector Close cooperation with junior buyers, buyers and other departments

Successfully completed commercial training, economic studies or a comparable qualification First professional experience in purchasing, category management or a comparable commercial environment, ideally in trade Basic knowledge of procurement, order processing and supplier management Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of current MS Office applications and a commodity management system Structured, independent and predictive mode of operation High reliability, organisational strength and responsibility Friendly appearance, team skills and willingness to think beyond their own tasks
