In a team of 19 colleagues, you are responsible for the development of design-related purchasing and procurement strategies according to GWB, VgV, UVgO, SektVO and municipal guidelines. prepare, carry out and document EU-wide and national tenders Conduct market analyses and develop appropriate procurement and procurement models Ensure market prices, negotiate contracts and run escalation management Reporting on Cost Developments, Saving Potentials, Contract Stand and Contract Situation Build and maintain efficient supplier pool in civil engineering, in particular new acquisitions of civil engineering suppliers Active risk management in the procurement process
