The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. Your tasks

• You strengthen our internationally active team in the field of Service & Support of the Black Group in the vicinity of the Kaufland/Lidl Logistics Systems
• You enter international IT landscapes, such as SAP systems (SAP EWM, SAP LES, SAP RET) in the field of logistics and interfaces to supply further systems
• You support our IT colleagues in the Kaufland/Lidl logistics locations and other companies in the Schwarz Group regarding troubleshooting
• You're creating the interface (m/w/d) between IT and disciplines related to incident, problem or change management
• You prioritize, analyze, document and process incoming fault messages
• You support your customers during call readiness times and ensure system availability

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed study in (economic) informatics, business administration or completed vocational training with a background of information technology or a comparable qualification
• You ideally have SAP skills (SAP EWM, SAP LES, SAP RET)
• You could already acquire first process knowledge in the field of warehouse logistics
• You are drawing through your communication strength, hand-on mentality and pleasure in team work
• Your profile is rounded off by your pronounced analytical ability, networked thinking and an affinity for process optimization
• We benefit from your good knowledge of German and English
