Construction monitoring/construction management according to §§ 34 ff. HOAI Property planning Buildings and interiors of the performance phases 6 to 9 of projects in the existing and new building Preparation and participation in the award Creation of performance directories Close cooperation with the project team, the client and authorities Coordination of interfaces of structural structures Monitor, organize and implement execution qualities, construction costs, appointments and safety standards Accounting and documentation of construction services and clearance of accounts

Completed studies FH/TH as a Diploma/Master/Bachelor in the degree course Architecture (Building), Civil Engineering or comparable discipline Professional experience in the field of construction management and occupational training Ideal knowledge in HOAI and VOB Experiences in fire protection, sound protection, pollutant remediation, monument protection and/or SiGeKo would be advantageous, but are not a prerequisite Fast conception combined with enthusiasm for the profession Responsible work in the team Responsibility and reliability
