Professional, human and organizational management of the nursing team Coordination of treatment processes and optimization of processes together with the responsible doctors Ensuring care quality and care documentation as well as active participation in patient care Ensuring care services using current G-BA specifications, quality standards, guidelines, SOPs and procedural instructions personnel deployment planning, personnel management, personnel management and applied personnel development Design and conceptual development of the work area Interdisciplinary cooperation with the therapeutic teams as well as the central emergency recordings of the SLK association

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification with training in emergency care Qualification for station management, area management or comparable line qualification or readiness to continue qualification Corresponding professional and leadership experience Impressed communication strength, sense of responsibility and decision-making Patient-oriented, structured and quality-oriented operation high communicative competence, team skills, social competence and a great degree of empathy Solution-oriented operation and interest in active change management Good MS Office and PC Knowledge Responsibility combined with flexibility and loadability Economic thinking and action
