You are responsible for the HLSK specialist management, taking into account costs, appointments, performance and quality You coordinate and control the construction site and also assist in the planning of the performance phases 3 to 5 of the HOAI You accompany purchasing processes for post-contracting You may take over the costing of building structures and the creation of performance directories You participate in customer discussions and take care of projects during the warranty period

You have a degree or a further education as a technician (m/w/d) or Master (m/w/d) in the field of Supply Technology / Building Technology successfully completed or have a comparable technical training You have several years of experience in the planning and processing of building-technical systems and have good expertise in supply technology Good knowledge of the relevant DIN regulations Good computer skills: CAD, Windows applications Teamability, creativity and readiness for cross-disciplinary action
