AI Governance Specialist (m/f/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. You are the central interface between the group-wide AI Governance Panel and the organization of the Black Digits. Your goal is to make AI governance understandable, effective and innovative. You represent the interests of our over 100 AI experts as well as the Digital Saving Black Digits in the panel and make sure that decisions are successfully operationalized in our >50 applications (from Forecasting to GenAI). In short, you make governance an enabler for our digital sovereignty.

Central Panel Control: You contribute to the Group-wide AI Governance Panel; you are introducing solutions that take into account the needs and requirements of the Black Digits. Operationalization & Guidelines: You translate complex governance requirements into clear, practical guidelines (e.g. Coding Guidelines, MLOps standards) and support our development teams in implementing operational business. Stakeholder Management & Communication: You moderate between the interests of the organisations that develop, introduce or operate AI solutions on their platform to create acceptance for uniform processes and technologies. Strategic cooperation: You identify early voltage fields between innovation and regulatory requirements and develop constructive solutions. Internal competence: You design communication formats and workshops to deeply anchor knowledge about compliance and operational excellence in the organization. .
