The advertised position ensures stable and secure operation of the IT infrastructure and its applications. It supports users through competent support, accompanies technical developments and actively contributes to the implementation of the IT strategy. In this task you take over: Responsibility for smooth operation and expertise in one of the following areas: client and server architecture (including hardware and software), application support (including installation and further development), Microsoft 365 administration System and user administration as well as associated support services Ensuring ongoing operation of the entire IT infrastructure Continuous support of user groups for technical requirements Coordination and control of external partners for used software solutions Participation in the introduction of new solutions in line with the IT strategy and security standards and further development of existing systems and applications Creation of documentation and user instructions for applications and systems

Ideal for this position: an IT training (e.g. specialist informatics) or a successfully completed study of computer science or comparable qualification as well as relevant experience with: client and server architectures (hard and software), network bases and operating systems the administration of M365 (Exchange, Sharepoint, Autopilot, etc.) and Azure the installation, configuration, maintenance and further development of specialist applications Analysis, troubleshooting and documentation of technical problems within 2nd level support
