Clerk (m/w/d) Internal Sales / Order Processing (SAP)

Our customer is an internationally established industrial company. Currently we are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) for the sales service or order processing (SAP).

You take over the processing of customer requests and order processing in SAP. In addition, you act as a contact person and consultant for our customers. In addition, check customer requests and specify them in consultation with the relevant specialist departments. You monitor the conditions and conditions of the offers in terms of delivery times, payment conditions, packaging and other contractual details. You will also be in close contact with the relevant works to coordinate delivery dates and ensure their compliance.

You have a completed vocational training as an industrial businessman/industrial businesswoman (m/w/d), merchant/buyer in wholesale and foreign trade (m/w/d), merchant/buyer for office management (m/w/d) or a technical training with additional commercial qualification. Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the field of technical customer support. You also have experience in dealing with SAP SD/MM. Good English skills for international customer contact will help you.
