The agile Release Train of the Customer Data Hub is responsible for the development and operation of convergent customer data in real time from all IT stacks. Our team focuses on innovative technologies such as K2View Fabric, Kafka and Cloud-native Architectures in AWS and supports the digital interactions of millions of customers with millions of API cases and event triggers per month. As DevOps Engineer Customer Data Hub (m/w/d), you will ensure the 24/7 availability and performance of all the responsible platforms and applications for end customers, customer support and other areas of expertise through analysis and optimization of the supervised systems and the establishment of efficient monitoring. You coordinate and drive the independent, targeted processing and upgrading of highly complex incidents and troubleshoots through cooperation with our internal development teams, external supplier:inside the shared service centers (TSSC). You opt for the software and data quality through the permanent analysis of the errors (incident/problem management) in close cooperation with our agile development teams You are responsible for the deployment of our releases as well as the initial data playbacks and by regular patching and reconciliation fixes security-relevant facts and data discrepancies as well as disaster recovery measures. You automate the workflows by analyzing and optimizing procedures and methods as well as the continuous adaptation of reporting, monitoring and alarming.

What distinguishes you: Complete technical or economic engineering studies or comparable training. At least 5 years of professional experience in the operation of complex system landscapes ideally focusing on K2View/Kafka platforms in AWS Knowledge of DevOps and Automation Tools (Jenkins/ GitHub Actions, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) Experience in handling ITIL processes and monitoring and analysis tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog) Safe handling of incident, problem and change management in productive, business-critical environments Comprehensive process and IT expertise in telecommunications. Embossed communication and team skills in international, agile teams Loadability and readiness to take responsibility even in critical situations English fluent in word and writing (C1 to GER).
