Social workerin / Social educationin (w/m/d) From 01.05.2026 we are looking for a social workerin / social education (w/m/d) in full time with 36 hours per week for our youth residence in Berlin - Mitte in the immediate vicinity of the Beusselstraße ring station. Our offer is directed both to unaccompanied refugees and to young people socialized in Germany. The residential community for a total of 31 young people from 15 years of age includes 27 places of residence in the occupant's individual residences and a 4-seated group as part of the stationary youth assistance under the SGB VIII. The apartments of the young people and the meeting point with the office are located in a building complex. In addition, the spatial proximity to the carrier apartments offers the possibility to take walks or small, spontaneous activities in the Kiez, which makes the day of care very easier. In addition to the individual educational events, we also place great emphasis on (small) group offers. In addition, we are going on a week-long group trip every year. Your duties as a social workerin / social pedagoguein (m/w/d) in the care of young people within the framework of SGB VIII (§ 30, 34, 35 & 41) you will accompany you in everyday, school requirements and in professional training You provide assistance in contact with the family of origin and assist in psychological treatments and, if necessary, in the search for therapeutic help You contribute to the development of assistance plans and to the development of appropriate consultancy and support content You work with the competent institutions, in particular the youth offices, pre-lecturers, job centres, schools, regional youth free-time institutions, if necessary residence-relevant posts and other projects. You contribute to the everyday and leisure activities of young people and document the course of help in cooperation with them.
