CAD Design Engineer HLSK / Technical Building Services – Dresden (m/f/d)

You create CAD plans for demanding projects according to project management and project engineers You create and process 2D and 3D designs You translate existing 2D drawings into 3D models You create schemas, isometries and execution plans You carry out technical calculations for heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning systems, using specialist CAE software You participate in the introduction and further development of BIM processes and work closely with project managers and specialist engineers

You are state-tested:r Technicians:in building technology or have completed training in the CAD field as a technical:r System Planner:in / Drawer:in with the focus HLSK You bring at least. 2 years of professional experience in the TGA/HLSK construction with experience in non-industrial areas (e.g. mechanical engineering or construction) is not sufficient You have proven practical knowledge in the HLSK calculation bases (e.g. heating and cooling load calculation, heating body, pipe and channel design including acoustics) You control the handling of industry-standard TGA programs and MS Office You work structured, independent and bring team spirit and sense of responsibility You have fluent German skills (C1 level) in word and writing
