♪ These are your tasks:

• Implementation of the basic and treatment care of our residents
• Drug management including preparation, administration and documentation
• Implementation of medical regulations and care prophylaxis
• SIS creation and care documentation
• Holistic care and daily care of the inhabitants
• Communication with members and cooperation in the interdisciplinary team
• Monitoring the state of health and the introduction of appropriate care measures
• Participation in quality assurance and team development

• You have a completed three-year training as a nursing specialist (care professional / nursing professional) or examinated nursing staff and have already gained insights into the stationary or outpatient care.
• You show team skills and communication strength to work effectively in the interdisciplinary team and promote exchange with relatives and other people involved
• You have a sense of responsibility and a sense of duty to ensure the safety and well-being of the supervised persons
• You have empathy and empathy to identify the needs of older people and to respond appropriately to them.
• As an exceptional team player you see where your help is needed and keeps a cool head even in difficult situations
• You work in a flexible layer system and can help shape the schedule with your team.
