We are looking for a team leader in electronics production (w/w/d). This position is aimed at experienced professionals from electronics or mechatronics – we are looking for real practitioners. You know the processes in manufacturing, have you already taken responsibility or have a small team led? Or have you been on the technical service so far and are looking for the next step? What is important is: you bring technical understanding, organizational talent and pleasure to pack yourself. This team leader is part of the team, working actively with – whether in production, final assembly, troubleshooting, testing or daily coordination of processes. They keep an overview, ensure that everything is running, and are at the same time at the work table, if necessary. Heading and cooperation in a team of>10 employees Production of various products such as coin examiners, throw-in locks, hoppers, power supplies, machines and their assemblies (final assembly and final testing) Implementation of functional and quality testing in manufacturing and development Service and repair of products Fine control of the required materials and assemblies Processing of production orders, monitoring of production dates Monitoring of production equipment and tools Monitoring of production specifications, quality, production of error statistics Implementation of quality tests Staff division and training, holiday planning
