Your tasks

Begleitung & Support:They accompany our mentally and physically impaired clients in their daily lives and help them achieve their personal goals – with empathy, patience and an open ear.

Inclusion:Common with our clients, you plan how to actively shape their lives – whether through social contacts, jobs or personal development goals. Every progress counts!

Structure & security:Your reliability creates confidence. They provide a stable, value-adding environment in which our clients feel safe and secure.

Document & Cooperation: They keep developments and progress professionally and work with members, colleagues and authorities – always with the aim of ensuring the best possible support.

Your profile

Qualifications: They have completed vocational training in the pedagogical field (education, social educationin, medical educationin or curative caregiver*in) and ideally bring experience in dealing with people with physical and/or mental impairment. You are also open to shiftwork.

Reliability & own initiative:You do your tasks carefully, work independently and have a look at where you are needed.

Communication strength:You have a sense for people and know how important a clear, value-adding communication with relatives, colleagues is.

Flexibility: You have a class B licence.
