Trainee in building management (m/f/d)

In a four-week orientation phase, you will learn about the building management business with its diverse tasks. You will get insights into various fields, processes and projects. Together with us, you will develop your individual (technical, commercial or infrastructural) focus within the trainee program. Among other things, you can expect the following activities: You work on projects and strategic topics of building management (e.g. in the context of climate neutrality of the state of Schleswig-Holstein) You work on nationwide concepts and their further development You are actively engaged in the daily business according to your focus, e.g.: When creating cost-effectiveness calculations In energy management and improvement of plants For concepts on land failure of the country

You agree with colleagues from different disciplines and build a network within the GMSH

Complete bachelor's or master's degree in economic, engineering or real estate sciences or a comparable degree course Interest in real estate relations and the diverse tasks of building management Safe handling of the common computer support systems e.g. with MS-Office applications You take the initiative independently and have a self-responsible and structured way of working in fulfilling your tasks You want to develop yourself personally and professionally and actively accept new challenges For this position we require very good German knowledge in word and writing

Flexible work – you work full-time with 38.7 hours per week or in various part-time models. You can work flexibly between 6 am and 9 pm.
