Installer for blow-in insulation 👨 🔧😎

Dawn Nord is a young, rapidly growing company for energetic building renovation. In 2024 alone, we have implemented over 750 insulation projects throughout northern Germany – we are currently implementing four insulations per day. For our inflator teams, we are looking for craftsmen who understand their expertise and want to get through properly in a growing company.

Your tasks

• Installation of inflatable insulation in façades (core insulation), roof bevels, roof floors, drempels and flooring
• Sample drilling and inspection of hollow layers on site – with periscope camera and modern equipment
• Professional processing of various insulation materials such as glass wool, stone wool and cellulose
• Clean and professional work with the customer – from preparation to closing the drill holes
• Documentation of the work done by iPad
• Close cooperation in the team and independent work at the construction site
• Perspective: Who wants and shows performance quickly takes responsibility as team leader and trains new colleagues

That's what you bring

• Complete training in crafts – ideally as a mason, rooftop, carpenter, carpenter or painter. Cross-catchers with many years of craft experience are also welcome
• You are handcrafted and attach value to first-class work and clean results
• Experience in insulation technology or building physics is a plus – but no need, we train you comprehensively
• You know about building materials and you know how to process them properly
• You are a team player and work reliably and independently at the same time
• Willingness to develop and take responsibility for teammates
• Class B driving licence
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
