You are the main contact partner for all service-related requests. Insurance of in- and external contact persons within the company structure You advise and support the specialist areas on contractual fundamental issues, including complex individual cases, contractual clauses, risk assessment, coverage and contract design You take over the insurance-contractual pre-examination and assessment of new damage, including necessary visits, together with the specialist department, the building insurer and expert You take over the processing of ongoing damages, in particular in the field of business and construction insurance and take care of internal insurance requests and the administration of insurance contracts You take over the determination and clarification of facts, processing of the forwarding to regulators for the assertion of claims against third parties, checking of insurance services and renegotiating, justifying and contradicting inconsistencies You take part in claims meetings with experts, brokers and the insurer in complex or difficult damage situations, You are responsible for the collection of offers for the necessary construction-relevant insurance of the construction measures as well as the care and updating of various company insurance policies You take over the independent examination of the damage statistics for the optimization of frame-contractually regulated premium remuneration, as well as the audit of repair services and premium claims You contribute to the implementation of the continuous improvements of the insurance process and are in constant exchange with internal interfaces
