technical and disciplinary management of the mechanical engineering department (about 10 employees) Development and optimization of construction solutions in the area of sheet metal construction Planning, implementation and analysis of FMEAs to minimize risks and ensure quality Development of 3D models for visualization Close cooperation with customers to discuss specialized technical requirements and solutions Monitoring the progress of the project and ensuring compliance with quality, time and budget requirements

Successful degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in machine construction Expertise in the field of sheet metal construction and machine-technical drives First leadership/project management experience for a small team and project management experience German and English language skills User knowledge of SolidWorks / 3D CAD tools Ready to travel (planbar)
