As a service-oriented customer service provider (m/w/d), you are professionally concerned with the concerns of our customers and cooperation partners in the field of depot management, complaints and savings contract processing. By phone and electronic correspondence you will find best solutions for our customers in First Level Support. In addition, you will participate in tasks in the depot business as well as in fund and product administration.

They bring a completed commercial vocational training, desirable in the banking sector. They are communicative and service-oriented. Your handling of customers, colleagues and cooperation partners is always friendly and accommodating. During your extensive incorporation in the field of securities business, we are happy to resort to your previous professional experience. We require secure computer skills.
