Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Lohr am Main During your internship, you will immerse yourself in our agile way of working and the Scrum Framework to fully understand and optimize the processes and methods in the team. Regularly organize and moderate key team appointments such as dailys, retrospectives and plannings, ensuring pre- and post-processing and documenting all results accurately. In day-to-day business, you actively support the team in organizational tasks, from planning internal activities to team events that strengthen cohesion. Actively participate in the development and implementation of continuous process optimization measures within the department. Last but not least, you are actively involved in multi-team workshops and projects to promote cooperation between the different units and create synergies.

Education: Studies in Business Administration, Psychology or Similar experiences and know-how: first experience in team or project work; Knowledge of agile methods desirable Personality and Working: You are an empathic, motivated team player with good communication skills in word and writing; you are able to shape the processes and cooperation in agile teams and go proactively and solution-oriented with challenges and conflicts Working day: partly mobile work possible after consultation, with an office presence of about 50% Enthusiasm: motivation to support teams and continuously improve cooperation and performance Languages: very good German; good English desirable
