In your professional life, everything is about monitoring, analysis and continuous evaluation of supplier quality and identifying potential for improvement of processes along the supply chain. You process supplier complaints, investigate the causes and initiate targeted and sustainable countermeasures using established quality methods such as 8D, 5-Why or Ishikawa, and monitor the success. With critical quality deviations, you actively intervene and control escalation processes – working closely with the adjacent areas (production, purchasing and quality assurance). In addition to planning and carrying out supplier audits, you create meaningful quality reports and evaluations for management. You contribute to the further development of methods, processes and standards in supplier quality management.

Complete study of electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or a comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in supplier quality management of a manufacturing company Experience gained in carrying out audits (an education, training to the auditor would be great – but is not a must) Very good knowledge of quality methods and tools (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, (PFMEA, SPC), complaint management and first knowledge in lean management Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing 40–60 % in the national and international environment What's the matter with us?
