You take the technical responsibility for General Ledger. Together with three other team colleagues and the Team Kreditorenbuchhaltung, you will ensure the accounting tasks of the Holding INFITECH GmbH, enter the subsidiaries throughout the group and continue to work actively in the daily operating business. You are a central technical interface between department management, team and internal contact persons and ensure a transparent flow of information. Together with the team, you are responsible for the consolidation and booking of business incidents and ensure high professional quality. You coordinate ongoing work, such as payroll, account maintenance, periodic votes in the context of the monthly financial statements and the open items in the debitorian area, and carry out sales tax pre-registrations and further reports. You support accounting in the production of the annual financial statements as well as in the onboarding of new corporate companies and make sure that new processes are transferred cleanly to everyday work. You prepare technical topics and projects together with the team, support content development and promote their implementation together with the department management and the team. You develop existing processes, identify optimization potentials and set professional standards in the team.

You have a completed commercial training with additional professional qualification, for example as a balance sheet holder (m/w/d) or tax specialist (m/w/d), or you have a university degree in business administration with a focus on finance or accounting. Ideally, you bring 4 to 5 years of professional experience in accounting and have already taken on sound professional responsibility. You have comprehensive technical knowledge in financial accounting, think across the process and can safely arrange and prepare complex accounting questions. You want to further develop and not only work together in an operatic manner, but also guide you professionally, prepare themes, shape decisions and support the team in the daily business reliably. You love change, you like to shape and bring the willingness to actively advance processes and projects.
