Salesforce Manager - Application Management / Project Management / Integration (m/w/d)

You take strategic application management and take responsibility for the entire international salesforce area including marketing, sales and service cloud You guide and coordinate salesforce projects and release cycles and ensure the integration of new functionality and system updates You accompany and moderate intensively the requirement management and improve requirements You act as an interface between departments, IT and external service providers and actively accompany change processes and moderate workshops You build a multi-level support system and control it, including escalation and knowledge management You prioritise and tax adjustments and developments in coordination with specialist areas and technical teams You adapt the salesforce system to business processes (e.g. fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, automations with flow), take over user management and develop simple automations with flows You monitor interfaces and coordinate integration projects with external systems You secure the technical and process documentation and control the creation of training materials by specialist areas You develop, implement and monitor user management strategies, role and authorization concepts as well as data quality and security policies You are responsible for compliance with data protection, IT security requirements and system performance monitoring

You have at least 3 years of experience in the international Salesforce environment, ideally with administrative and strategic background You have knowledge of marketing, sales and service cloud You have experience in request management as well as in the structured recording, evaluation and prioritization of technical and technical requirements from different business areas You have experience in project management and the coordination of cross-functional teams and have strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management You have experience with change management and training You have certain knowledge of German and English
