agile procedure: You play a central role in the agile transformation of our organization by implementing agile principles and methods across multiple teams and coordinating their application to promote a context-matching and effective functioning

Coaching and Mentoring: They accompany and coach Scrum Master, Product Owner, Teams and their stakeholders to strengthen their skills in agile work and establish a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement

Change and Transformation Management: You initiate and accompany change processes at team level and throughout the organization by incorporating stakeholders and ensuring that agile transformation is progressed sustainably and purposefully

Moderation and Facilitation: They support the planning and moderation of workshops, training and meetings to promote exchange between teams and ensure effective cooperation

Strategic development: Together with executives and other Agile Coaches, you are working on the development and implementation of strategies that anchor and develop the agile way of working throughout the organization

Monitoring and feedback: You implement mechanisms for success measurement and feedback loops to monitor the progress of agile transformation and to make continuous adjustments that meet the needs of the teams and the organization

They have demonstrable, deep knowledge of the agile working world (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking), which you have already successfully established and established in teams. In addition, you master classical project management and can mediate between these worlds You have many years of experience in working with several teams, scaling formats (e.g. LeSS, SAFe, Nexus) as well as different team settings (IT/non-IT teams, distributed teams, different industries and company sizes), including the integration of external service providers They are characterized by comprehensive knowledge of moderation, agile coaching, training, advice, organisational and team development and can effectively apply this knowledge in the context of change processes and agile transformation They have profound knowledge of transformation and change management processes and are able to strategically plan, manage and successfully implement change initiatives.
