They develop software, test equipment components and test procedures for performance and performance proofs in port and at sea. The operation, repair and maintenance of electroacoustic test systems for the detection of piling and distance accuracy (e.g. waterborne sound transmitters) on land and on sea are within your area of responsibility. They develop test systems and adapt them to current requirements. They participate in national and international testing activities on land and lake. You create English-language documentation (e.g. handbooks, training documents and software descriptions). They conduct the management of test and measurement equipment of the department.

You can demonstrate a successfully completed engineering degree in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, communication technology or comparable or equivalent qualification as well as several years of professional experience. We require knowledge and experience with computer-assisted measurement and testing technology. They already have knowledge of the development of software and measurement algorithms. Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile. Seaworthiness and willingness to sail are desirable. We require a high level of commitment and travel, including multi-week international service trips. A strong team skills and corpse spirit are yours.
