Senior management, counselling and support of nursing and care services in the Weser-Ems regional association (including outpatient care services, day care, housing communities, shelters and low-swelling services) Innovative further development of care and care services as required by the market Management and further development of facilities and services Leadership of nursing kit negotiations, control of the economic results of care facilities, development, implementation and maintenance of measures to improve results Participation in the overall strategic development of the regional association including occasional performance of representative tasks in representation of the regional executive

Completed studies in the field of healthcare or comparable training with several years of practical experience in the operational and administrative organisation of a service in the health and social sectors Funded business knowledge and expertise in strategy and concept development Safe handling of legal frameworks and IT applications in health and social matters Proven leadership experience and competence, strong awareness of the responsibility associated with the body High social competence, strong communication strength and persuasiveness A keen decision, commitment and special commitment Willingness to cooperate and lead with general and voluntary executives
