Your job: The HR department is responsible for the entire HR spectrum for both hospitals and for other facilities of the regional Malteser company.

Your tasks: You autonomously enter a defined group of employees and support the further development of accounting processes Contact person for employees and managers in all personal questions Self-fulfilment of payroll accounting with the accounting system SAP HR3 Self-responsible processing of the complete spectrum from the setting to the termination of the working relationship Creation of personnel evaluations and statistics as decision-making aid for management Participation in HR processes and optimization of personal processes

Completed commercial training ideally with additional training in personnel Multiannual experience in pay billing and operational personnel work Knowledge in accounting software SAP HR3 desirable Good and up-to-date knowledge in wage and social security law, as well as labour and collective bargaining Self-working and high team orientation, pronounced service orientation and commitment, as well as a safe and binding occurrence A positive basic attitude towards the objectives of our institution
