Participation in the Special Educational Service in Realschule, Gymnasium, Community School Teaching in a multi-year learning group Responsibility for the ILEB of your students, close coordination with family of origin, group of residence, youth office and students Development of sustainable connection perspectives

Completed study of special education, preferably in the field of ESENT Implementation and compliance of our Code of Conduct Knowledge in the fields of autism, gifting and dealing with challenging behavior are advantageous High level of teamwork, cooperation with internal and external partners, empathy, educational creativity and a healthy relationship with regard to proximity and distance Good communicative skills and experience with consulting talks Willingness to continue training and personal development affirmation of the Christian-diaconical order and co-design of our diaconic work
