In the field of pedagogical consulting Technical support and advice for the management and teams of our kitas in the implementation of the Berlin education program and the respective institution conception Support for profile sharpening, design development and professional quality development Planning and monitoring of internal evaluations and support for external evaluations Conception, organisation and implementation of training and professional exchange formats Support of team and development processes in the facilities Network and committee work as well as close cooperation with the educational director In the area of child protection Consultation of cables and skilled workers in cases of suspicion of child welfare in accordance with § 8a SGB VIII in the function as experienced specialist Technical support for risk assessments and the development of action steps Safeguarding and further development of child protection procedures, protection concepts and reporting chains Implementation of training and awareness-raising formats on child protection and procedural security Technical support for the management in cooperation with the youth office, departments and supervisory authorities Documentation of IseF's own consultancy in the context of the applicable procedures and professional participation in the further development of child protection processes

a completed study in the field of social education, social work, childhood education, education or a comparable qualification or a state recognition as an educator (m/w/d), each supplemented by relevant additional qualification and relevant professional experience a certified further education for the experienced specialist (IseF) according to § 8a SGB VIII well-founded knowledge of child protection and relevant legal bases, in particular in SGB VIII professional experience in day care, ideally complemented by experience in specialist consulting, design development or team development Security in consultation, discussion and dealing with challenging or conflict-affected situations a structured, reflected and independent operation Team skills, empathy and joy in actively shaping processes
