Your tasks with us: • You take over the management of our finance and accounting with around 25 colleagues in the areas of debitors, bank, creditors and main book. • Responsibility for the preparation and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB • You are responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and for professional liquidity management. • You develop efficient processes in debitor and creditor management and implement internal control systems. • Regular proactive financial reporting to management and shareholders, analysis of GuV and balance sheet. • Participation in budget planning, forecasting and calculation of business cases in cooperation with the controlling. • You are the main contact partner:in other areas of expertise on finance/invoicing and contact:in terms of accounting issues and tax issues. • Accompanying the audit and communication with tax consultancy and banks.

That's what you bring: • A completed economic study with a focus on finance/controlling with degree or master degree and multiannual experience in senior financial positions, preferably in a trading company, as well as financial security according to HGB • Proven successes in planning and implementing projects to support business growth. • Embossed analytical skills to make informed decisions based on complex information. • Fully entrepreneurial thinking and strong leadership skills incl. the ability to inspire and develop teams. • Communication strength and the ability to understand complex financial concepts. • Integrity and ethics at work as well as the ability to work under pressure and set priorities.
